Privacy Statement -We strive to keep your data safe, secure and free from attempts to phish. We will not share your information for marketing or sales however we may contact you for feedback regarding the usage of our app.
Information Collection and Use For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third-party services but they do not collect information used to identify you.
Log Data We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Our Promise to our Anonymous Tip Submission Users – To the extent we are legally allowed, we will protect your identity and the information you submitted. Please understand that we are required to provide such information, if we have it, under a lawful subpoena. We caution our Agency users about pursuing this avenue and ask that they balance against the need for public trust. That said, however, situations arise where your identity may help solve a crime or make sense of a situation and when the balance leans toward the protection, safety, and security of human life…we must comply with the lawful request and reveal the data we have available.
